CHALLENGE:
To increase the sale of HSBC's Burglary Insurance services.

SOLUTION:
A direct mail campaign: An empty box was sent to 20 000 HSBC's clients
in Sao Paulo, targeted on the prosperous residential area.

RESULTS:
The campaign helped the client increase the sales 40% and to formalize
new, long lasting insurance customer relations.
